I Can'T Breathe

There's something wrong -  I can't breathe....
My heart is hurting - my chest is heavy like a mountain setting upon it....
I can't breathe - I want to scream but my voice failed me....
It's not coming out - I feel burned from inside...
My eyes want to cry out but my tears refused to come out and fall down on my colorless face...
I feel cold - so damn cold...
I'm trying to stand but on which feet  - they have betrayed me - don't know if they do exist anymore...
I want to crawl but I'm afraid there's no strength....
Something is choking me - I can't push it away...
I'm hopeless....
Why do I feel this indescribable pain....
Am I sick ?
Or
Am I just dieing ?

Duke Beaufort January 17, 2016 at 10:45 AM Hopefully, just a bad dream!! We live in exciting times. I hope you find the strength to continue. Something funny--my brain played a trick on me. When I read the last line, I first read it as "Am I just dieting?". But then I realized this is meant to be more serious. There are things we can't have in this life because others just won't give it to us. So we have to move on and do the best we can. It still hurts and stings quite terribly. Edward Ebbs January 10, 2016 at 11:59 AM You are in a bad place and when you are in a bad place the last thing you want to do is stop. You are doing the right thing by calling out. A strategy I used was to remember when I was in a good place and I would remember those feelings. Then I would ask mself what it would take (legally) to get back to a place to where I would feel better...I wrote them down.
