I Can Dance In the Wind

I can dance in the wind,
Can float in the air with flying birds,
Beauty of mine is high as the peak
Yet I am tamed, I am mere and weak.

I can reach the highest clouds,
Million smiles, with my glance;
I swim with the soothing winds,
Yet I have neither freedom, nor chance.

Fierce sun, I can reach thee
I can fly faster than the wildest birds,
Colours of mine has bewitching arts
Yet my master holds me, I am not free.

From my master, I escaped,
I am flying high, I got my freedom,
Fell from the top and torn;
My master is searching for me, I am his kite.
