I Call Myself a Rebel

I sit here in ruin with
my music, bass turned
Up and BOOMING. Food on the stove
And stewing. I might be slightly
High string but I can handle this picture.

My song has been sung.
Rigid are my bones.
Tense is my tone.
It must be the rebel in me.
That's the way it's been for a while.

I stand for my beliefs
Not at all shy when eating
My piece of Apple pie
A symbol of my experience.
Finally winter is at the gate.

But all is not lost lost
It is imperative that I have soul
Searching episodes and still i am
A believer of changing circumstances
Of life and second, and third chances

Which some people receive.
I believe in chances i believe in CHANGE.
