I Breathe In Peace

 
The storm came on suddenly,
with rain shaking the windows,
and dark clouds shifting-   swirling,
then, the sun shined bright !

Now, the green is much greener,
when did trees put on their gowns,
in hues of dark green and lime,
and grass become lush !

Did the downpour revived Earth,
wash away seasons decay,
the sun washes over me, 
and I breathe in peace !
