I Am Your Wife

I Am Not your doormat
                                 I Am Not your punching bag
                                        I Am Not a target
                                 I Am Not yours to reprimand

                                      I Am Not unscarred
                                        I Am Not without
                                      I Am Not the enemy
                                      I Am Not your doubt

                                     I Am Not your keeper
                                       I Am Not required
                                     I Am Not your mother
                                      I Am Not your child

                                        I Am Not a pillar
                                       I Am Not a flower
                                     I Am Not unbreakable
                                   I Am Not to be devoured

                                     I Am Not to be ignored
                              I Am Not to be taken for granted
                                   I Am Not a heartless soul
                                    I Am Not empty handed
                                                  I
                                                Am
                                            Your Wife
