NB I originally chose purple but heard the song on the radio and was inspired!

I AM YELLOW

I’m as vibrant as the core of the chromosphere
Sometimes I’m radiant like golden sunflowers
I can be pale as primrose or as bold saffron spice
But to name my different hues may take me hours! 

I can glow as brightly as the morning sun
And can outshine many a gal or fellow
I’ll staunchly stand up for what I believe
I’m not cowardly – I sure ain’t yellow!

When he was coming to see me, I dressed in all yellow. Guess I was the first big yellow bird around. Hahaha!!! Have a very colorful day with your win as you go writing away.........
