I AM THANKFUL FOR

Thankful am I for daily hopeful glow
Also strength to face challenges midst grace
Since the Lord does grant along blessings’ flow
Assured victory in running life’s race.

While walking out to enjoy sunshine rays
My heart indeed thanks* heaven with delight
Also for clouds with gems on rainy days
Helping bring harvest to smite crisis-blight.

Feasting with family in wellness-zest
I thank the Almighty for faith-filled shout
Also for answered prayers to feel blest
Sharing my best gladly while reaching-out.

Yes, I am thankful for poetry’s gift
Letting my soul express gratitude list
Also for the privilege to uplift
Everyone with God’s love as I exist.
