I Am Not Hidden Nor Alone

I Am Not Hidden, Nor Alone I walked into a mist of dew Spears of blossoms jutting Through the cloud carpet, Colorless in pre-dawn eerie hours, Soundless save the murmur of unseen life. My shoes shuddered a tone of alertness, Conscious was I of eyes upon my shadow-like shape, As I, too, awake, aware, Entered into their watchful world Where even here, there abides electric air. I am not hidden, nor alone.
