I Am Me . . .

I am
woman
made
of steel
My
thoughts
so intimate
my
feelings
so strong
my complexities
so complex my
pain so intense
I feel my
world
crash yet
I know it is
a must
I hear my words
falter
yet I know they
must not. I feel the
tears stream
yet I
cannot hold them back
I try to reason
yet to no avail.
Help me out
please,
yet who do I call
I remember
my innocence
my pride
and my love,
where has it all
gone, I plead
in this my
time of need?

A calling out. Innocence is often destroyed emotionally but always stays within the person. Pride and love go hand in hand. We often search for things that are right in front of us. Good write. Have a wonderful day, Fathima. Vince

Deeply emotional. I am sorry for whatever you are going through. Except for innocence, which is sadly short lived, you still exude strength and pride through your words. The complexities are part of what make you so beautiful and who you are. It is difficult to read you in such pain. My heart goes out to you. Good luck. Love, Shar
