I am Life
Calm oceans nap while facing the sun on the one hand
And raging waves readily release their pent up emotions on the other
Wild wolves search for a connection with the moon at nighttime
While goddesses furrow deep in their gods' chests, ecstatically in love
Singers fill the world with bliss
Shadows create thrills in our ponds
Poets rhyme with lovesick heart beats
And birds already know of the turn of events
Even if they sing in a language which we can understand not
Rivers flow in a single direction, guided by a muse of their own
Fairies write of their memoirs on the floor of the river beds
And aquatic creatures of all sorts dance to celebrate this ethos
Amidst this cyclical rhythm
My breath gets steady and peaceful
As I dive into the maze of slumber
And in there, I gather messages from the other worlds
As they get transmitted to me
Only to make of them pure and pristine white roses
Standing proudly in a glass vase on my altar
I am silence, adorned with a flowery crown
I am dawn, freshly awakened by dew
I am vessel, carrying messages from the nether
I am human, graced by the touch of mysticism!
