I Am Defeated By Sin
Sin
Has become my daily bread
hope is dead
to do good I have severally tried
tears I have cried
dominant is sin
its damage I have seen
although I pray
but seems as if I play
no change
same-old page
I am hopeless
defeated by sinfulness
day and night
struggle to get divine light
I am deep in sorrow
my faith is so narrow.
