I Am a Worm In Spring

I'm the worm Persephone’s minions found;

Blackbirds drinking from Apollo’s brewery

Warbled their songs into my gloomy bedroom,

          For the Feast of Spring.

Maybe fix it later - sometimes it's the journey that's important and not the destination.
