I Am a Woman

I am a woman… I am a woman Part of a powerful clan Now is the time we must take a stand Our rights are being taken Our books are being banned They want to erase us, it’s all very planned The positions of politicians With large egos and ambitions Is the cause of these oppositions What are we to do? I won’t be remembered as a women who kept quiet My voice is as big as my size Quite large as I don’t diet Some hear me screaming and think it’s a riot Just know I accept you You have my respect Nothing you do has had a bad affect Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Purple What’s wrong with people’s minds? How can they be so unkind?
