I Am

I am the fly on your wall
I can see through you all
I came to hear you fools
Tell all the stories of how you've broken the rules

I just want to go outside
Running free to chase down butterflies
Time will tell if I'm found
Down by the ocean by my wishing well

I am the man on the moon
I will come for you soon
I need to feel your pain
To mend my aching heart and rid of my cane

I feel sore and hurt from living
Witherin witherin
Be there for me when I'm crying
Hold my hand when I think I'm dying

I am the mud on your shoes
I come to bring good news
I see your aching heart
Bring it to me I'll give you a star

I will give you all of my life
Trade yours for mine you'll live through the night
Ask me for something when you're shy,
Afraid, suppressed or just living a lie
