I am the spring when you are near. You are its first blossoms that brought me here. I am lavender all in bloom. You are lovely lilacs’ heavenly perfume. I am also spring’s daffodils. May I brighten your meadows and your verdant hills. I am zephyr softly dancing. You are the trees’ green leaves I’m romancing. I am summertime’s azure sky. Perhaps on seeing me, one day you’ll sigh. . I am the ripples of a cool stream. You are the sun’s beams making me gleam. I am autumn when it’s set ablaze. May you please fix upon me your sweetest gaze. I am twilight as sun sets tangerine wishing to touch your smooth sea of blue-green. I am the winter’s sun rising at dawn, and you are the snow that I smile upon. I am the midnight of star-laced skies, but you far outshine me with your pretty eyes. I am poetry and so much more. You are my muse and the one I adore. I am each season waiting for you. Please bring me a love that’s tender and true.
