The night seemed lonely and the day seemed dreadful,
as I slept last night I felt the continuous fright,
when I fall asleep I seem to become more forgetful,
blackened in the dire just doesn’t seem quite right.
As I slept last night I felt the continuous fright,
strange noises surrounding me invading my dreams,
blackened in the dire just doesn’t seem quite right,
I know there are ghosts out there ripping to smithereens.
Strange noises surrounding me invading my dreams,
the cat screeches as the clouds surround my room,
I know there are ghosts out there ripping to smithereens,
I feel the appalling moments of my impending doom.
The cat screeches as the clouds surround my room,
the apparition visions are shading my every thought,
I feel the appalling moments of my impending doom,
I wonder if the phantasm is scared of being caught.
The apparition visions are shading my every thought,
spirits encircling the wrath they think I deserve,
I wonder if the phantasm is scared of being caught,
I stand up and take a peek and try to observe.
Spirits encircling the wrath they think I deserve,
I feel the darkness release my inner ghost,
I stand up and take a peek and try to observe,
now my fears have crawled to my scared bedpost.
I feel the darkness release my inner ghost,
when I fall asleep I seem to become more forgetful,
now my fears have crawled to my scared bedpost,
the night seemed lonely and the day seemed dreadful.
