Hysterical Blindness
Are you blind that you cannot see? It is January 6, 2021.
The American flag plunges through a window of the capitol.
Their eyes are fine, technically speaking,
But all around chaos ensues and they don’t see it that way.
Capitol officers die during the insurrection;
Others take their own lives at a later date.
Look! You saw it that day! You huddled in a room, praying for it to end!
You said it was wrong! You called 45, begging him to stop them.
What has happened to you? The eyes, suddenly, cannot see a thing.
For if they did, people would have to take responsibility, tell the truth.
Men and women, blind to justice, took our house--OUR HOUSE!
All to appease a man whose cult-like appeal led them to hysterical blindness.
A man with no morals, no care, lies in the thousands, looking out only for number one.
Wake from your hysterical blindness before it is too late.
