Hypnotic

lose usual fear... hypnotized by their hugh size... their striking colors... slither- slow- entwine... hissing in the enclosure… snake charm dance at zoo... press face to the glass… so thankful not in my grass… they bite in a flash… 2-10-17

Well Done Cheryl. Really good description. My husband has an Amazonian Tree Boa. They are known for their foul disposition. Not my fave animal. I prefer our cats and dogs. God Bless and thanks for the kind words on my "Give Me Your Heart". JB

Very few snakes are poisonous to humans, without them we would be overrun with rodents and and insects. I like your poem. You draw a very vivid picture, Mrs Cheryl:) I just think they get a bad rap:( All are God's creatures:) and for the record, I'm glad they're not in my yard either:)
