Hush, hush sweet Charlotte
Charlotte don’t you cry
Grandpa’s going to sing you
Your very own lullaby

Charlotte don’t you weep
Grandpa’s going hold you 
Until you fall asleep

Hush, hush sweet Charlotte
Charlotte don’t you know
Grandpa really loves you
And loves to tell you so
