Watch out fer dat dair bee Stingin' sho ain’t singin’. Da possum, whire she be? Over yander. Ya see? Been dere nelly a week. Hangin'. Huntin' nuttin'. Why WE huntin nuttin? Lez go bi my muten. funny the style actually reminded me of Deb's stuff. turns out it was her idea:) you can always pull a Dick Cheney, if there's nuttin to hunt just go for the other hunter;)Cute write Dane. Made me laugh. -Yoni

You brought a big smile to my face with this write, Dane. Have lived in the Southern woodlands, I can attest to the fact that you have mastered this dialect perfectly. Just sorry to here you decided to buy the mutton instead of finding a good catch in the woods. But buying dinner is always better than "huntin' nuttin." Love you, dear! Carolyn

Dane this poem is great - The end of last week my family and I went up to the Cabin and Sunday I awoke and walked out on the deck and laying there without a care in the world was a beautiful 6 point buck - I remember the day i would have killed it - I just got lost in the breathtaking beauty of it - Very Majestic looking he was - God Bless, MJ
