Hunter's Cabin

deer hunter's cabin left naked in former woods... miles_strip cleared of trees
Not sure that this qualifies as a true Haiku

An age old tradition, now a blight. God's earth is distressed while being undressed. Thanks for stopping by Sara. Peace. :)

a most daring write, sara... your 'ku engages the reader to look at life through the eyes of a hunter... you were missed as well.. hope to be here when time allows.. hope you are fine... huggs!..:)

Excellent, I could never write Haiku and so admire those that can and you certainly can. Well done on your poem I really enjoyed this.

I would this say this is still a haiku. I imagine it'd be a shock to the deer hunter waking up to find his forest all but disappeared! Sad to think of that cabin left so abandoned...

This is a very awesome and masterful Haiku! I would consider it a Haiku, but knowing if this is a Haiku is not my strong field! You were quite creative with this poem my friend! I really enjoyed reading this tremendous piece, Great Work!!
