Hungry For the World

Hungry For The World Written by: D. Collins 4/11/16 Be hungry for the world, including the universe. There’s no human being that has a better worth. We all bleed red, and we all eventually die. God doesn’t give a damn whether you’re black or white. There’s no elevated privilege above other men. There’s only the skin we happen to be born in. Be hungry for the world, even those less fortunate. Stop, drop, and deliver, and see the blessings you get. What’s going on around us, doesn’t consist of us. Like we weren’t the driver of the “UPRIZING BUS’” It shouldn’t be so easy to wash our hands clean. Act like what has happened is only in our dreams.

Excellent sonnet, Darrell. You are so right, skin color is irrelevant and this is not a dream. Peace my friend:)
