I really like this one too. For me you are doing mainly senryu because they are all evoking human emotion for me,not nature. They are really fun to read.

Awww. Charles. Is this a scene from your life..? As you lie on the couch passed out from a long day, the cat is meowing and you have mail piled up all around? ha ha. I love this very powerful haiku. A new favorite. :) I know some great housekeepers. Gwendolen
