Human Shield

There are people living, there are some proud to be the workers, some try their best of luck 'cause they know of envious lurkers, Some wake up to feed their offspring with whatever little bit is on their cupboards, some leave their home wondering when will be the next meal like there's no hope to eat like others, We go back to being primitive to keep working hard for something or make our poverty definitive, place a gun to your dome and think all of your problems are done, nah Hun you got a future to be somethin', climb up the mountain or become a snowball and start rolling, There are those who are like hammers on the head of a nail, banging you hard down reminding you you're stuck and you feel like you've failed, Some will see you as a railroad blasting right ahead, and some will be ones hoping and wishing you derail, but this is real this is what we face, we are numbers on a page for others to profit, that's a reality with a little bit of hate Destiny isn't written nor is it matters left to fate Be a worker proud to feed your children no need for the world to hate, Society plays a dangerous game to shame your name, but be proud enough to shield your loved ones from all racism and social pain.
