Hugh Hefner

Your friends tell you, you can do better They tell you about who I was and not who I am today I've grown up and moved past my playing ways I'm no longer the new Hugh Hefner When I was younger I had numerous girlfriends at the same time Bed hopping but I was never tired Nearly every girl I met became mine the smokes cleared now, but your friends want to reset the fire They want to see me burn They don't know me, only what they heard I want to get to know you and it can be on your terms Do you see the picture i'm trying to display with words? They believe men can't change, so they tell you I'm not worth the chance But with you, I want more than a flirt and dance I want to pull you close and hold you tight One night won't be enough, I want you for life I want to know your favourite colour and all of your secrets Give me your heart and I guarantee it'll never be in pieces I was a playboy when I was younger, but I want something real with you I just hope you give a changed man a chance to show how he feels about you Your friends tell you, you can do better They tell you about who I was and not who I am today I've grown up and moved past my playing ways I'm no longer the new Hugh Hefner
