Can I say I love you with a kiss
At that moment
A beat
My heart would miss
Can I say it with my eyes
A quick look or a deep stare
With a spark to ignite
Can I say it with words
From my lips
In a whisper
Or shout it aloud
In a poem
Or in a song
In an “out of the blue” letter
