To know dark and deep eyes of them I dream Of rendered days and nights where love won't mourn Where honesty blossoms complete the theme And its fragrance is a scent to be worn In silent tender pause, I'll grasp your hand And find a warmth and comfort lovers seek With a gracious smile, we both understand It becomes a habit that's not unique We'll count days and years when we stop to think And wonder how quickly it all passed To notice evenings turn a softer ink Before the years turn gray and overcast I shall claim nothing more than to love you With a desire filled life until it's through 7/20/17

the picture complements your poem. Or was it the poem that you wrote to go with the picture. In any event, It's just lovely. I especially liked the line: To notice evenings turn a softer ink! (glad you agree with me: slasher movies suck but a good horror movie is awesome)

How grand it would be if honesty could be worn as a fragrance. Your sonnets always provoke wondrous thoughts, Frederic.
