How Not To Park Cars

My mum and I went to ASDA
Found three empty spaces together
Parked in the middle space
The car two spaces away at my side
Parked over the line at the driver’s side
Not enough space for anyone to park between us

A few seconds after our arrival
Someone came and squeezed into the space
The driver opened the door and got out
Unaware there was not enough space
Bashed the door against our car
The driver headed towards ASDA without caring

We moved our car to avoid a second bash
Parking over the line and squeezing into narrow spaces
Are not ways to park cars
Some people have no respect for other drivers

This is sooo true, Catherine, and thanks for drawing attention to the problem. A great many people think only of themselves and their needs (wants).

Thank you very much. I don’t drive myself yet but I will make sure I always park properly when I do.
