how long 
it been a while 
yes a long while 
for how long will the old still exist in today 
this old bitter life in the thirdworld 
may be you and i can change them 
is new year again 
everyone with dreams again 
everyone in need of change again 
hope this year it comes 

how long 
i have been away for a while 
somany have change but not humanity 
i see same this long while 
i hope in this year it will change 
it been so long this problems everywhere 
so this new year i hope change can have a chance 

how long 
it been too long 
this challenges of our every day circle life 
some  say this year will be better 
some say they see more challenges ahaed 
some say this year is not for the poor 
some say this year will be better for africa
despite all 
happiness , peace, goodhealth 
i see they forgot 

how long 
weak up 
stand up 
shake off all negativity 
is a new day 
rise up as the sun 
for not too long 
the bad must be good again
