How Do You Write a Poem?

How do you write a poem?
Well it is simple you see
Just use what is stirring inside
And paint a picture for me

It can be about a great battle
With a many number of kings
Or about mythical creatures
A Pegasus with triumphant wings

It can be about a broken heart
That needs to be healed
One about a old lover
Whose love for you was sealed

It can be about a fight
Either lost or won
It can be about a time
When you lost a loved one

It can be about depression
And how time stood still
Or maybe even a trip
All the way to Brazil

Just paint a picture
Set your imagination free
And maybe it will become famous
For all the world to see
