How Do You See Life
Some rubberneck life through "doggie" eyes,
Always romancing the unattainable,
Fathoming the unfathomable,
And tonguing life's question
For which man has no answer,
Why me?
Life is predicated upon,
Hoarding bones, or tasting them.
The forest of life is frisked,
For trees whose leaves never fall,
And seeking water of smooth surface.
Psyche's are consumed with,
What ill wind blows for me today?
While attached to this woe is me mindset,
Un-embraced is God's birth of day,
The predawn sounds of a city awakening,
Or His conclusion,
Nature coming alive with sound at each sunset.
