How Could I Ever Forgive You

How could i ever forget the pain 
i felt for what you did
A tear drop falling from my eye
then finally Hitting my chest like
pistols  

I wish i could forgive you
But ''i'm sorry'' seems so plain
Breaking free of all the lies
And betrayal seemed futile
Because love has trapped me 
with you
Like quicksand slowly sucking me
As i uselessly try to escape

Its too late for the meaningless
apologies
Said at the fear of losing me,
Taking euphemisms to the next
level.

How could i ever forgive you
You ripped my soul
I could never forgive you.
