How Can I Tell You I Love You

I don't want to ruin what we have.
I've had my heart broken
one too many times before.
I'm scared to open up my heart
once more.
When you said that you loved me
it took me by surprise.
I wasn't sure if I heard you right.
How can you love me?
I am broken and scared.
I love you.
I know that much is true.
But how can I show that to you?
I could kiss you from dusk till dawn,
but I'm not really fluent in that language of love.
I could write you a poem or a song
but some emotions words can't express at all.
I don't feel like the words
I love you
are enough.
It doesn't truly mean how I feel.
The words 
I love you
lost its real meaning.
They confuse love with lust.
They do but I'm not.
How do I tell you that I love you?
