How Can I Love You
How can I love you,
When I don't love myself?
How can I care for you,
When I don't care for myself?
I always tell you,
How wonderful you are,
How kind you are,
And that you are handsome,
And loving.
But I don't feel this way,
For myself.
Behind closed doors,
When you're not with me,
I am always crying.
Always hiding my tears.
I am not wonderful,
I am not beautiful,
And I don't deserve you.
But I love you.
And if I can't feel beautiful,
And ever care for me,
How can I love you?
