House and Home-W

The place Gomul lives in me
And I live in Gomul
That lives in me.

Gomul will end only
Because I am mortal
In whom the Gomul lived

The garden lives in flowers
And flowers live in garden
That lives in flowers.
                                                                                                                              The garden will end only
Because the flowers are mortal
In whom the garden lived.

Man lives in woman
And woman lives in man
That lives in woman.

The man will end only
Because the woman is mortal
In whom man lived.

This is deep and meaningful poetry, Dr. Ram. I love the concept as well as the execution. Let me know today if you still want to enter "Are You Bugged." Post your poem and let me know when it's ready and I'll open it up again for more entries. I added five entries yesterday, but they filled before you could enter. We'll wait until tomorrow to post winners. I'm sending all poems with the right syllable counts to co-host John Freeman for his input in judging. Love, Carolyn See soup mail

Very nice. The last two verses reminded me of the garden of Eden in the Holy Bible (Genesis). Adam's immortality ended because Eve became mortal. Then, because she was his, he decided to become mortal, too. And here we all are! I enjoyed your poem.
