Hopelessly Hopeful
I see you standing all alone,
My heart skips beat - I whisper a moan.
You look at me - what do I say?
Your Beauty scares me - I turn away.
Suddenly an emotion sweeps over me,
I muse my reflection - Consider what I see.
A hopeless man with hopeful dreams,
Is standing where this Beauty gleams.
I look into your eyes - I see something there,
So much love - Traced by dare.
I'll take a chance - Fate must know,
Am I the spark who made you love-light glow?
With hopeless Fate lending a hand,
Beauty offers a hopeful smile so grand.
Could this be love? I will search for a clue,
Hopelessly Hopeful for this dream come true.
