Homeless

Being homeless doesn't mean
I am not bless
It's just societies way of putting me through a test
I know that to you, I am a mess
But in God's eyes I know, I am bless
So please give it a rest and stop saying
I am a pest
I am already sad and depress
It's not like I didn't try my best
So stop adding to my stress
Stop trying to get me arrest
I am not here to impress
I am already in a lot of distress
I can't protest
Nor can I find a place to have a decent rest
Can I make a request
When you pass me by, stop and say, ' Hi '
