An extraterrestrial hiding - Elliott and E.T. won’t stay sober. Reeses Pieces and alien colliding. After all, it’s late October. The shelter of woods - not his home. Where Elliot’s family resides, not even close. His long finger points up, “Home! Home!” Bicycle on firm ground - arose. The painted trail, scenic beauty, it’s cold out there - far, far away from his planet. It is a friend’s duty to let him go…he cannot stay. Separation of friendship souls. Spoiler - both Elliott and E.T. Live. There never was a reason for consoles. Escape hatched - actions corroborative. 10/X/2022 Painting prompted #2 Sponsor: Lisa YY 160 words max FV or rhyme HMS counted 95 words Used Rhymezone

I was driving past the theater in 1982 with my 5 year old and baby. I decided to go. My son slept through the movie and my daughter was so good. A great memory. Thanks, Mike!
