You knew me before you formed me in the womb
Born into an unknown world.
You had a plan for my future
The days that the world presented its trials and sorrows
You made me have peace in You
The days that the world presented its discouragements and uncertainties
You upheld me with Your rightious right hand
The days where I felt alone and anxious
You held my right hand
The days where I felt afraid
You were my shield
The times where my heart felt frightened
You were right beside me
The times where I felt weak yet I preservered
You rewarded me
The days where I doubted in Your love
You reminded me about the cross
The days where I considered to give up
You reminded me that through You all things are possible
Throughout the years You reminded me to renew my mind and not to be conformed in this world
Throughout the years You have tested my faith
Throughout the years I have lived a prosperous life...
A life that was a humble gift from You
I hope that I have made a difference
I hope that I have made everlasting memories
I hope that you have seen His love through me
Every earthly journey has an end
I have called you by name.
You are mine
For my race on earth has been completed
I am now in the Kingdom
I am finally home
