Your poem reminds me of home Jan. I loved it! I hope I have time to write one, but it is unlikely I have so many appointments to get to now that I am over my bronchitis. It is great to be able to enjoy poetry again and be more active here. Best wishes for the contest. : )

That was beautiful. I like how you started with three lines of imagery and ended with your reflective thought in the last two lines. Awesome.

I've withdrawn it from the contest DT I mis-interpreted the rules its supposed to be about a flower plant or tree using an unusual colour - I love the poem i wrote so am keeping it on my page:-) hugs Jan xx
