Holding On To a Missing Love
Missing a loved one is never easy,
You constantly think of them,
Both day and night,
You are always wondering,
How they are doi in life,
And wishing they would come back to stay.
The days aren't so bright,
Since they have been gone,
Your nights are much colder,
Just as your heart is as well,
For the times you shared,
Made the days much warmer,
Cause of the brightness of their love,
Was plenty to bare.
Just as much as you loved them,
You can hold them the same,
Just hold on to the memories,
That always brighten your day,
For true love always comes back,
To where it belongs,
And if it is meant to be,
The love will remain the same,
And this time it will stay.
