Notes About The Poem

HIS WHISPER

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
God gathers the wind like loose parchment, etches His will in the language of leaves, sends it skimming across wheat fields, bending the backs of kings and beggars alike. No envelope seals His word~ just the sigh of pines, the shudder of shutters~ a breath against your neck when you least expect to be answered.
