His Love

My Lord, your love is immense and everlasting.
The greatest love I have ever seen.
You were born to be my light,
You lived being my light,
You died to make me a light.
The light that illuminates others.
My sins are the swords that pierced
 through your compassionate heart.
My wrongs are the thorns that penetrated
 through your glorious head.
But still you love me ever more.
