Hire and Fire
That man had nothing to offer,
They kept him on the sides,
Sides were farther from the centre,
He realized as he was pushed towards them,
As days went along,
He drew the circumference, on which he moved,
The length of the radius he stood on,
Elongated and spread out,
Previously he was in thick,
Now the population was thin,
One fine day the board on which his circle was drawn tilted,
And he was thrown out of the circle,
But as the board straightened level,
It had brought in several others right to the centre,
It was only time before some of them were moved to sides,
And thrown out.
