Him
This "Him-ness" feeling
that rumbles inside
every time I look into his eyes
That throb
when he smiles
at me
And I feel all brightened up
And safe
This feeling of caring
deep inside
The miss and longing
When he is
Far
The Dread
when I see him walk
Away
He's gone !
The quiet cry for
Him
At night
The steady wish for his
Good
for his happiness
He is happy
Elsewhere
And my heart expands ...
Is this love?
