Hills of San Franciso

When you arrive in San Francisco, You can't just be a couch potato! Hills rise and fall with a crescendo. You might want to sit. But that's just the pits. Rise up, climb those hills with bravado! 2/16/2021 ~ 2 ~

Last time I was there my husband was in a business trip. I looked at a map, scared to go out, prayed about it. My husband was so surprised when he called me for lunch and found out I was out and about - riding the trolley, visiting museums on Fisherman’s Wharf. God beside me! God bless you, dear one!

Glad you got out, Kim. Those places are closed now. Hard to believe. I I lived there a total of five years. Never felt so safe in my life. I lived near Malibu, too. But prefer Sf ala the 70's. Now?? Won't go near it. Thank you, dear one. PANGIE

That brought back lovely memories of San Fran, went on a coach up a hill to a view point overlooking the bay. Hope I get back some day. Tom

Judy...honestly, a great place! I know it has a homeless problem there plus others. The pristine city of the 70's has changed, I eloped there from Chicago, when I was 19, that was an adventure, I wrote about! But the views there are truly incredible! Just trying the limericks on for sure. Thank you Judy..Panagiota

We visited SF a number of years ago with a tour group from our local sr center. Didn't climb the hills but had a thrill driving up and down them. Another great write from your very prolific quill, Pangie!

SF Was a gem in the 70's. I walked hills that amaze me. No, could not do that any longer. I spent time in Chinatown and North Beach. City lights Bookstore was there! It was a hip p,ace for poets to meet. North Beach had many writers. Things have changed. It's now, connercial thank you, Robert!
