Hiding Secrets, Living On Lies
It's silly that you have your secrets
and I have mine; they make us kind of cheat
living out our sensual fantasies,
giving no attention to jealousies:
we live for one thing and burn in their heat
of passion, tasting all delights!
Hiding secrets, living on lies
seems wrong to others, not to us;
we aren't the faithful ones
who aren't sorry after causing tears!
It's strange to fit in a normal world...
where most people believe in themselves,
they look at us and move along;
we aren't admired, we aren't loved...
we aren't perfect, we just drift along
living in the moment, indulging in desires!
Hiding secrets and living on lies
is breathing air, without it we won't survive;
I am weak Adam tempted by sinful Eve:
whatever she gives me is sweetness!
Will our foolishness ever end
and put a stop to madness?
What do you tell two blind people
that the road to pleasure is not always
the one to choose but a bad example?
Change your belief, don't be condemned!
Hiding secrets, living on lies...
is a smart way to avoid cries!
