Hettie's Convoluted Content

"HETTIE'S CONVOLUTED CONTENT"

the main character was in
a relationship with a woman in
the movie we were watching.
the girlfriend of that same
man went out of town.
the man had his friend over
for drinks.
as the female I was with
drank her beer she said,
“fu??in cheater!”
I asked why and she answered
with every bit of pain from
her own past.
“…because, he’s in a
relationship, he shouldn’t be
drinking with another woman.
no one in any relationship
should be drinking with
anyone outside of their
relationship.
that’s cheating!”

a year later, she was caught
drinking with a fat piece of
baggage she attached to her
tw?t from years past.
her precious gangster, one
she calls her “homie” as she
lives as a grandmother of
three.
she put it on film, although
neither of them planned on me
seeing it or having copies of it.
I put word out that my
relationship was being thrown
into the beginning stages of
hatred and it strategically
got back to the fat gangster
and his identity-confused-princess.
many more people knew what
these two had done and for
that, keeping it under the
cover from me and his wife
was their curb logic goal.
when she asked why I went
that far, I told her it was
cheating, that she was in a
relationship and shouldn’t be
drinking with men.
she gave the very first
distorted view of her love to me:
“that’s my friend and I’ll
drink with him again if I want to!”
