Here Is Another Poem

All of you out there 
    with pens in hand 
ready to write your poems 
   Here is another one 
   being sent out to you 
from the Lower East Side of 
     NYC 
Wars continue in the world 
   Abused animals and children 
fill out television screen 
Yet I am quite sure 
   all of you out there in the darkness 
are ready to put up a fight 
   with your pen and paper handy 
You, I am sure will struggle for something 
   better!
