Here, Behind the Trees

Green, green is my view with bits of sky peeking through. Sprinkler on the lawn shows a rainbow passing by. It's there then gone, there then gone. Off behind the trees sounds of traffic reach my ears. My view ... unblemished. I see green and green and blue and the rainbows in the mist. The trees sway at play to a tune played by the wind. Nature everywhere. It's what I see from my door. The city's hidden from view.

Lovely view, it is seen through your eyes! I feel I am there....even the sound reaches my ear! Nicely descriptive, Francine! (Oh....and love the deer picture..how wonderful is that!) ps...many thanks for your tip on my 'squirrels being two syllables...I thought of that word as only one...thanks so much for letting me know...it is revised!)

wow, Francine, a stunning example for us. Wish mine ended up as poetic as yours! I saw the deer and I can believe you that the city is hidden from view!
